You can download the enrollment forms HERE, then simply mail them to P.O. Box 74, Georgetown, Colorado 80444 OR drop them off at the Georgetown Public Library on 6th Street (downtown).We will still need more information, such as a health form, but this will get you started.

To receive an enrollment packet by mail, send an email to Mr. Winter with your name, phone number, email address, and mailing address, OR stop by the Georgetown Public Library and pick one up.
